Arrival & Departure
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Failure to check-out by noon will result in a $50 late check-out fee. Failure to check out by 3pm will result in an additional night charged to your account at the prevailing rate.
Rates are for single or double occupancy, and include the complimentary hotel breakfast. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are also subject to the Nevada Lodging Tax.
We welcome service animals and pets. Pets can walk on a leash in and around the hotel but cannot go into the restaurant or the bar per Nevada health regulations.
An additional pet fee of $25/night for one or $50/night for two to three pets will be charged to the room. More than three animals are not allowed in a single room. The Hotel reserves the right to ask badly behaved animals to leave.
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for payment. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation, but will not be charged. Payment at check-in can be in any form above.
We place hospitality authorizations (holds) on charge accounts, which may result in funds being reserved by your financial institution. The Hotel is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution. The use of debit cards is discouraged.
You agree that any balance not covered by other means may be charged to the credit or debit card on file. This includes, but is but not limited to: restaurant and/ or bar bills charged to your room, room damages, authorized tips, and missing linens & robes. It also includes any charges on rooms which you are responsible for, either directly or indirectly.
We are a Non-Smoking Hotel. Smoking inside the Hotel will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250. No refunds will be given for unused portions of the reservation.
If you would like to smoke outside in the parking lot, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray.
Our Hotel has a fully-integrated fire detection system and has been updated to meet all current fire codes.
The complimentary Hotel Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7am to 11am seven days a week.
The Retreat is accessible with a street-level entrance and first floor rooms. We have ADA-approved Standard King rooms, Double Queen, and King Suites specifically designed to accommodate those with disabilities.
No candles or open flames are permitted. You must ask for permission from the front desk to use our fire pits.
We are members of the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII).
Please call at least 24 hours prior to your check-in time to cancel. Failure to notify within the provided time frame, a cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged, per canceled room. No-shows will be assessed as a cancellation. No-shows will also be charged the first night stay, then the remainder of the stay will be canceled.
